How do I book a service?
You can book a service directly through the CareHome mobile app. Select the category, choose your preferred date and time, and we will match you with a verified professional in your area.
Are the professionals vetted?
Yes. Every professional on our platform undergoes identity verification, background checks, interviews, and skills assessments.
How do I pay?
We accept cashless payments via Credit or Debit cards, GCash, and Maya directly through the app. Payment is securely held and only released once the job is completed to your satisfaction.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues, contact our 24/7 support within 24 hours of service completion and we will review the case promptly.
For Providers
How do I join CareHome?
You can apply by filling out the form on our Become a Partner page. Our onboarding team will contact you to schedule an interview and begin the vetting process.
Do you take a commission?
Yes. We charge a platform fee for each completed job to cover marketing, payment processing, and support. The exact percentage depends on the service category.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are disbursed weekly to your registered bank account or e-wallet.
